As a graduate of Nutrition and Naturopathy from The College of Naturopathic Medicine, Susan Fruhman is ideally placed to help, support and motivate individuals towards achieving great health through good nutrition.

Formerly graduating in psychology and with a postgraduate in teacher training, Susan has a deep understanding of the needs of adults and children to achieve change and lead quality lives through quality eating.

Susan is a highly qualified, dedicated and enthusiastic Nutrition Consultant, whose personal journey has fuelled her passion for healing and rejuvenating the body, through the power of food.

Susan’s extensive research into the power of food and its effect on the mind and body, has gained her an enviable reputation for delivering individually tailored, personal nutrition plans, uniquely designed to address nutritional imbalances in the body.

By recognising that it is the essential nutrients that provide the body with ‘Food for Life’, Susan is able to help people understand the vital role food and nutrients have in nourishing and healing the body.

In addition to working as a Nutrition Consultant, Susan runs supervised Detox Programmes, offers Health and Energy assessments, is a clinical assessor for upcoming nutrition students and is involved in community projects with local schools, providing nutritional advice and assistance to children with special needs.

She is a popular speaker, delivering talks at a variety of events and runs a regular pop up clinic at her local Health Food Store, The Greenhouse, Altrincham.

Susan also enjoys creating inspiring and nourishing recipes and her delicious teas are rapidly gaining national recognition for their therapeutic qualities.

Susan maintains her knowledge and skills through continuing professional development and keeps up to date with the latest advances and research in Nutrition and Health. She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and abides by the Professional Practice Standards laid down in their strict Code of Ethics and Practice.
